Studio Notes & Comments: The first EY recording on our new Akai DPS12 twelve-track digital studio. This jazz-rocky number started out as an instrumental test-recording for the new studio, but developed into a fully -fledged song. Given the initial instrumental intention, the entire piece features a prominant lead guitar: the funky/jazzy feel of the main part of the song later evolves into a harder closing section where the wah-guitar cuts loose for a frantic finish. As usual, Jimmy came up with a completely unexpected lyrical arrangement, with a spoken lyric over the intended chorus sections and a strong melody sung as a chorus, in the intended verse sections.
