Skull got his nickname from jamming on his drums actually. I was told that sometimes as he plays a fast song with fast fills, he gets so wound up and thrashing that he hits his melon with the drum stick. So he therefore got a nickname of Skull. Since that name started, he wears a leather skull bandanna always, and has several tattoos of skulls.

Skull says he loves to perform for a very responsive crowd, the more they thrash, the more he does. Skull also goes on to say, "We do a wide variety of original music, we have ballads, easy rock and hard rock. We all come from different backgrounds in music, and we are comfortable with all forms of music. We do not want to get into a rut, we want to play the styles of music we enjoy to play. Music has to have a feel, if the listeners cannot grasp the feel you are trying to produce you need to take another approach at that song. Whether it is picking a person out to sing to, or to stand up, play the drums, while pointing at someone with a stick then throw it to them."
