Nikki's Nik-Nak Paddy Whack

Nikki came to live with us out of pure luck. We saw her at our local animal control. She was a thin, malnurished, half bald little puppy. We still thought that someone else would fall in love with her like we did. Just in case we decided to put our names down as a last resort. Low and behold no one else wanted her so we got the call. We already had three other dogs and were not really looking to take in a fourth, but how could we say no to this little face? We went straight from animal control to the vet's office. The vet thoroughly examined her and found that she was healthy, but was never taken care of by her previous humans. We treated her for the hair loss which the vet thought was nothing more than malnutrition and took her home. She has been with us for a few months now and is a little sweetheart. Nikki is as rambuncious and hyper as they come, but with those looks she can get away with it. We are not sure what she is mixed with. We think maybe some border collie and some sort of hound but besides that we are unsure.
