VHS= $10 US per hour. 2 hour minimum unless we discuss otherwise.
CD-R $20 US per disc up to 74min per. The price is the same regardless of time, so I suggest you fill it up. I use TDK CD-R 74's unless you have a preference.
Postage: $3 for up to 2 VHS or 4 CD-R's. Anything after that I will cover.
CD-R Disclaimer
Anything you see on this list can be transferred to CD-R. That does NOT mean it will
necessarily be of digital quality. It may be excellent or it might be distant and weak. It WILL be an exact digital duplication of the VHS analog source complete with all the flaws found in the original. I WILL do my best to clean it
up, but use the audio quality rating as your guide. Any questions, please e-mail me.
CD-R's are identical to pre recorded Compact discs and
compatible on all systems.
The rules below are for traders and I follow them myself.
#1. All videos must be taped in SP mode using high
quality tape. Maxell HGX Gold or Silver preferred.
All CD-R's must be finalized and have track marks.
#2 Do not write on or label the tape in any way.
Send all info on a separate piece of paper. I prefer to
label them myself to keep them organized.
#3 I don't do 2:1 Don't even ask.
#4 Send the tape when you say you will! If you get
backed up, let me know. It happens and if you do your best I
won't be pissed. I will do the same in return.
#5 Please send all tapes in a padded manila envelope
and mark them as Video Tapes. An X-Ray at the post office
can screw a tape mighty good.
#6 I can make audio recordings of all the vids but will
only do it if you have something really cool to trade, like rare LP's.
#7 All tapes are in NTSC format. I cannot transfer to
PAL or SECAM and won't except tapes in those or any other
format. Sorry, it sucks for me too.
#8 Always send PRIORITY MAIL or at the least 1st Class.
It sucks to wait 3 weeks for an order because someone
wanted to save a dollar and send 3rd Class. I'm sure you
know what I mean.
#9 Please use the tape # when ordering! I have way too
many tapes to spend 20min looking for each show you want.
If you do not use the #'s listed, your tapes will be dubbed
after the orders that do.
#10 Don't Fuck me! I am an honest
trader/dealer who takes pride in quick efficient returns. I expect
the same from you. If you intentionally try to fuck
me Be warned, I will go far out of my way
to
fuck with you. Remember I have your home address and a deep
vindictive streak. I can do much more damage to you than
posting you on Usenet. (And I will)
That's about it.
A couple more things. If you are a member of any band
listed here (and can prove it) and you take offense at your
stuff being traded/dealt, let me know and I will remove you from
the list. I do accept these tapes to be the property of the artists involved, so if you are a band
member on any of these tapes, I will make you copies(1 per show)of anything you can prove you played on.
Ratings are "A" to "F" Video/Audio. That means If
a Vid is listed as C/A that would mean the video is of
decent quality but the audio is excellent. You know how it
works. Lastly all ratings are my opinion and you may not agree
with them, but I don't pump them up make a vid seem more
appealing. Anything listed as A+/A+ is an official release
and was pro filmed and I own a 1st generation copy.
