so im kris. im gonna fill this with as much useless information about me as i can. i live in macomb michigan. Im forced into being a mallrat cause im 16 and theres not a lot over here fer me to do! Somehow i find myself being the only queer in 50 miles of my home, which is a real bitch. I try to spend my weekends in a little town called Royal Oak, which is the melting pot of everyone who is remotely an indiviidual, or even worth talking to. (except for the cops who serve is a constant threat) I practe the law of 420, and fer all ya who dont understand, im quite far from being straight edge. If you have a problem with that, please don't tell me about how im messing my life up or whatever. i get enough of that.
well on a lighter note....
the one scene that doesnt really piss me off is the music one. Im a listener, a player, and a true dyehard fan of it. bands i like you ask? well the local scene of the little tek-NO boyz, the punk rockers, and the ska guru's...oh and theres a few folkist's i pay amige to on occasion too.
In the global scene....
Team Dresch, kaia, Phranc, Disappear Fear, Indigo Girls, ANI DIFRANCO (hell yea!) Tori Amos, Operation Ivy, Rancid, Korn, The Cure, Bloodhound gang, (man the list goes on and on...)
And im also a really big fan of brodway musicals. To name a few... RENT, les miz, Phantom, yadiyadiyadi...(you get it right?)
i play gutiar, (but only acoustic)
and i play bass (its my true love)
i also play trumpet and clairnet and sax, and paino, and a few other ods and ends instruments.
I totally love good literature. I want to teach english if my dreams of becoming a musican fall through. my ultimate dream...TO COMMUNICATE! i wanna be on stage singin my song and speaking my heart and have even just one person hear me...ya know? (probably not....::::sigh::::)
my favorite movies are Clockwork orange and Trainspotting....yupp.
