Congratulations to Korn for their 1998 Grammy nomination
of BEST METAL PERFORMANCE for "No Place To Hide," track number nine from
the album Life is Peachy.
New Album
Reportedly Jonathan has said that the name, "Follow The Leader", for the new album is a rumor. The producer is Steve Thompson who has also worked with Guns 'N' Roses, Blues Traveler, and Butthole Surfers. The release date is May 1998 (also rumored to be sometime in February) and Jon is very excited about the new album.
1998 Summer Tour
KoRn will be on a tour this summer called "Family Values"
which will also feature bands like Limp Bizkit, Orgy, and some other bands.
The tour will start in the U.S.A. and then go to Europe.
KoRn and Dust Brothers to work together in the future?
KoRn will be on the Dust Brothers' new album. No report
as to what the band will be doing with them, but we will keep you updated.
Korn's New Record Label
KoRn has named their new record label "Elementree" and
has signed thier first band, Orgy. They expect to sign 2 music artists
to the label each year.
Ibanez Video
The Ibanez video featuring Head and Munky has been released.
They talk about 7 string guitars.
New U.S.A. Life Is Peachy Albums
The new "Life Is Peachy" albums released in the U.S.A. now have the A.D.I.D.A.S. video on the CD-ROM Extra instead of Good God (live).
