WCFC World Champion Justus Cleveland had little time after obtaining the World Title before he was a marked man. Kookamunda is the hunter, and he has made Justus' life a living hell for the last four weeks. It all comes down to the wire this Sunday, as Cleveland tries to show the world he's championship material, while Kookamunda attempts to extend his undefeated streak, and add a World Championship belt to his trophy case.
Starting with a leadership feud between "Big Mama" Joe Sling and Dan Crank in the Zoo Crew, this battle has become a war between factions. Crank formed The Brew Crew, and now The Zoo Crew look to stop their former member and the Tag Team Champions, The Barrington Arms, in a six-man tag team match this Sunday! Can The Zoo Crew stay at the top, or will they crumble under the powerhouse pressure of the red-hot Brew Crew?
Will "Superstar" Eric Sklar get into The Elite? The question that has been buzzing around the wrestling world will finally be answered, when the former champ takes on The Elite's Larry "The Ego" Milman. It has become clear that The Ego, "The Franchise" Mike Coristine and "The Essence" Shawn Mecklinger do not want Sklar among their presence as a member of their group. Sklar, however, may be up to more than just joining The Elite. He's shown some integrity and tenacity that we haven't seen in him in a while, and he's slowly getting a little fan support, too.
"The Essence" Shawn Mecklinger and "The Franchise" Mike Coristine, meanwhile, lay claim that The Elite run the show. Northern Heights seem to disagree, as Colossus and The Oil Tanker square off with Coristine and Mecklinger in tag team action this Sunday. The wrestling world backs Sklar and Northern Heights in their tasks, in the hope that The Elite is stopped before it's too late.
Barbed wire and fire is a deadly combo, but it's a risk that Hardcore Champion Dan Heart and Tool Shed leader Vic Rattlehead are willing to take. For the second time in WCFC history, Lord Vic and Dan Heart battle in a ring surrounded by fire and barbed wire, but this time it's for the WCFC Hardcore gold. The feud between these two men is still a lit flame, but after Nowhere to Hide, both Heart and Rattlehead may come out burnt men.
Amazin' Mazin carries his Intenet Title with pride and according to the champ, "Pretty Boy" Cory Chadwick wouldn't fit the bill. Mazin worked hard to be where he is, while Pretty Boy really hasn't made the climb, but rather lucked out with this title shot. The Blond Bomber attempts to weasel his way to a championship reign, while Mazin tries to get rid of Chadwick like a bad habit.
Sugar Daddy may have bitten off a little more than he can chew. His constant badgering of Armon Williams has inadvertantly put him into the line of fire. Williams disappeared, and his alter-ego Illness took center stage. Illness is a madman, and he looks to take a bite out of Sugar Daddy this Sunday!
Sexxy Kenny, Sugar Daddy's partner, may have also picked a fight with the wrong man. Dangerous David Bohnen isn't the most stable of minds, either, and he can't wait to get his hands on the pesky Kerman. With the just-added stipulation of a submission match, this contest will essentially be The Insane Asylum armbar versus the Crossface Sexxywing.
One must also keep in mind that The Broad Street Bully, despite his lack of technical skills, has become a physical force in the WCFC. After having his problems with Sex and Candy, he appears to be on a mission, but where does he fit into the fold?
El Infierno will once again defend the WCFC Featherweight Title this Sunday. But this time he will be battling the now solo Dazzling David Sklar. The younger Sklar first lost the Superstar Express, and then his tag team partner, Jumpin' Joey Cohen. The Blaze from Brazil is on fire, but will Dazzling Dave be able to walk away this Sunday as the new WCFC Featherweight Champion?
