After a night of contemplation and heated discussion this past Wednesday, the owners of the WCFC, Ben and Elisha Targonsky, who haven't appeared on WCFC TV in ages, have all but come to an agreement on a decision regarding the future of their beloved organization. This week's Madness was almost put off by the WCFC masterminds, but they decided to stay loyal to the fans, and not leave on a bad note. Monday's show will be broadcasted from the main WCFC headquarters in Toronto, Ontarion, where the federation first began.
As WCFC Champion Justus Cleveland heads into Monday Madness, he holds his head high, but he also has voiced his concern pertaining to the state of the WCFC's future. He is not scheduled for a match, but you can bet he'll be there, as the owners are expected to make an announcement of gigantic proportions.
With little time for planning, the bookers of Monday Madness scrapped together a card - one which will hopefully be looked on in memory of what has been, instead of the events and matches of the show itself. Matches for the show include:
Ten WCFC Superstars compete in a Battle Royal! "Big Mama" Joe Sling, Dan Crank, "The Franchise" Mike Coristine, "The Essence" Shawn Mecklinger, Larry "The Ego" Milman, Amazin' Mazin, "Superstar" Eric Sklar, Dan Heart, Hunk of Dump and Hey Stack will be at war!
Northern Heights try to take the Tag Team Titles from The Barrington Arms
Hardcore Champion Vic Rattlehead squares off with Illness
El Infierno defends the Featherweight Title against "Mr. Merchandise" Steve Gentry
Sex and Candy are in tag team action against Red and Seth Sterling
"Pretty Boy" Cory Chadwick defends the Internet Championship against Daredevil
Dangerous David Bohnen battles Ice
All the rest of the WCFC Superstars are going to be on hand, and perhaps a few unexpected guests, in what is rumoured to be a very special, and heart-felt edition of Monday Madness - as the owners/presidents of the WCFC will be making a much-anticipated announcement.
