- Ottawa, Ontario

A sell-out crowd has crammed into the Corel Center in Ottawa to catch the second ever WCFC pay per view extravaganza. After a dazzling fireworks display, the fans await the first match...

Match #1: Silverdog vs B.B. Gunn
This was the final match added to the card for Slam in September, and is the first of the night. Silverdog and B.B. Gunn square off as they circle each other in the ring. These two wrestlers ran into problems only a few short weeks ago, and will try and settle their differences tonight. Both are trying to work up the crowd, and both get cheered. They finally lock up and Silverdog puts B.B. Gunn in a headlock, but is sent to the ropes. Gunn takes his opponent down with a hiptoss, but Silverdog is back up and pulls Gunn to the mat with an arm drag takedown. Another grapple, and Silverdog picks up his opponent and slams him to the mat. He goes for an elbow, but B.B. Gunn bails out in the nick of time. He lands a few drop kicks on Silverdog and attempts a crucifix into a pin, which only gets him a two count. A quick snap suplex and Gunn heads to the top rope, but Silverdog grabs him on the way up and whips him to the mat with authority. He pins his opponent, but gets a two count. Silverdog picks up Gunn and lands a side suplex before going to the second turnbuckle. He goes for flying shoulder tackle, but Gunn ducks and spears him to the mat. They exchange punches as they roll around on the canvas. They are at each other's throats when, all of a sudden, a man in a suit sprints to the ring. He grabs the microphone and steps in the ring. The two stop in disbelief as they both recognize this man.

"What's the matter with you guys? Come on! Don't look at me like that, you both know who I am. I am Arthur Reed, and I helped train both of you when you first started your wrestling careers, and I can't believe what I'm seeing. Both of you are exceptional wrestlers and compliment each other's style very well. Instead of fighting, you guys should be on the same side. Now shake hands and leave this ring together, with me."
The three men leave the ring and the crowd isn't sure whether to cheer, or just stand and watch.

A reminder that the next Madness will take place on Monday, September 21, not Monday the 14th.

Match #2: Sugar Daddy w/Apricot and Brandy vs Amazin' Mazin
Sugar Daddy and his ladies head to the ring first and Mazin follows to a loud ovation of the crowd, as Apricot and Brandy dis-robe their man. The fans are on Sugar Daddy right from the get-go and he's distracted by their taunts. Mazin encourages the crowd before locking up with his opponent. A quick knee to the gut by Sugar Daddy, followed be a body slam. Daddy whips Mazin to the ropes and attempts a hip toss, only to have it blocked and fall victim to one himself. He's back up and quickly after Mazin, who brings him to the mat with a drop toe hold. Mazin holds his opponent down and applies pressure with an arm bar. Mazin lets go of the hold and drops Sugar Daddy with a short-arm clothesline. A cover, but only two. Sugar Daddy puts a thumb in Mazin's eye and then chucks Mazin to the near buckle. He drives his shoulder into Mazin's sternum and then chokes him up against the turnbuckle with his boot past the ref's five count. Sugar Daddy steps up to the second rope and begins to hammer down on Mazin. But Mazin picks up Sugar Daddy and lands a reverse atomic drop. The crowd aplauds Mazin as he tears into Daddy with knife edge chops and then winds him with a tremendous powerslam. A cover by Mazin, but Daddy kicks out at two. Mazin goes to the top rope and tries an elbow, but Sugar Daddy escapes danger and rolls away. Daddy is up first and stomps on a fallen Mazin. A pin, but Sugar Daddy can't get more than a two count. He picks up his opponent and brings him down with a back drop suplex. He motions to the crowd that it's all over and sets up for his swinging neck breaker. But Mazin quickly grabs a surprised Sugar Daddy and takes him down with a belly-to-belly suplex. Two clotheslines later, Mazin lets the crowd know that the end is near. But Apricot steps up to the ring apron and distracts Mazin. While the ref and Mazin are preoccupied with Apricot, Brandy throws Sugar Daddy his cane. Amazin' Mazin turns around as Sugar Daddy swings his weapon. But Mazin ducks out of the way and slaps on his Full Nelson Faceslam. One, two, three! Mazin celebrates his victory, as Sugar Daddy rolls to the outside and the comfort of his ladies.

Match #3 (Rope Match): Dan Heart vs "The Lion" A.J. Jarczyn
As the crowd awaits the next match, WCFC officials begin to hang a rope from the rafters, with both ends of the rope hanging over the center of the ring. Just as they finish fixing the setup, the crowd erupts as "The Lion" A.J. Jarczyn steps through the curtains and walks down the aisle. He steps into the ring and takes a look at the cieling, where hopefully Dan Heart will be when the match is over. The cheers quickly turn to boos as Dan Heart follows Jarczyn to the squared circle. The Lion doesn't wait for the bell, and goes right after his hardcore rival. Remember, in order to win, you must HANG your opponent by the feet from the rafters above. Pinfall, submission or disqualification don't matter. Jarczyn goes to the outside before Heart even gets to the ring and pounds on him with closed fists. He clobbers Heart with a clothesline, and picks up a chair to his right. The Lion slams it over Heart's head, who falls into the guard rail. The two battle out brutally on the outside, and up the ramp. Eventually, after taking the battle through the crowd, Heart is rolled into the ring by A.J., and is laid out in the middle of the mat. Jarczyn grabs the rope, and tries to get the job done early. Heart, however, senses the move, and kicks Jarczyn where the sun don't shine. While The Lion cringes to the mat, Heart drops a few elbows onto his opponent. He takes A.J. by the legs, and delivers a sickening wishbone, as the crowd is hushed. Dan Heart pulls his opponent to the rope, and cholks him with it. Jarczyn gasps for air, and in desperation trips up Heart. He gets up quickly, and slams Heart with a shattering backdrop suplex. He begins to climb the rope, and when Heart is back up, Jarczyn kicks him, and comes crashing down from the rope onto Heart with an axehandle. The Lion hangs onto the upper hand, but still can't get ahold of his opponent's feet long enough to tie him. Heart, feeling the pressure of near defeat, runs to the ropes. Jarczyn does the same, and the two connect with a double clothesline. Heart is up first, and pulls Jarczyn to the middle of the ring. He begins to tie the rope to the Lion's feet, but A.J. kicks free. Jarczyn with a clothesline. Now he tries to tie up Heart, but can't keep him still. In frustration, he goes to the outside, and grabs another chair. The crowd cheers him on as he re-enters the ring. As he swings it at Heart, his opponent ducks, and lands a DDT. The Lion is down, and Heart lies the chair out flat on the mat. He holds up three fingers to the crowd, and executes the Triple By-Pass german suplex combo on Jarczyn, onto the chair! While A.J. is out, he ties the rope to his opponent's foot and begins to pull him up. With his whole body off the ground, A.J. nails an unsuspecting Dan Heart with a monstrous chop. Heart lets go of the rope, and a tied up Jarczyn pounds away on Heart. All of a sudden, he is swept off his feet, and he begins to ascend to the rafters above! The crowd looks up, as does Jarczyn, only to see newcomer Vic Rattlehead pulling him to the ceiling! The bell rings, and Rattlehead ties up the rope leaving A.J. hanging high. He waves down to Heart, who returns the acknowledgement with a wave of his disfigured hand. Rattlehead climbs his way out of sight, and Heart leaves the ring a winner... Officials help an angry A.J. Jarczyn down from the rafters, and he storms to the back in pursuit of Heart and Rattlehead.

Match #4: Featherweight Battle Royal Title Match
The Blue Mimi is announced first, and the crowd responds well to his entrance. Red and Seth Sterling proceed him, both to their own share of crowd booing. El Infierno is fourth, and Kerman fifth, as these two receive tremendous ovations from the Ottawa crowd. Remember, elimination occurs when a competitor is pinned, submits, or is thrown over the top rope. Kerman works up the crowd, and Sterling tells them to shut up. Finally El Infierno and Red are the first to lock up. Infierno with a fantastic Japanese armdrag, as Kerman does the same to Sterling. Kerman and Infierno exchange opponents, and send them cross-ring into opposite turnbuckles. The Blue Mimi has not moved from his corner. Both Kerman and Infierno climb the buckles to deliver the ever-popular ten-count on their opponent's heads. Red and Sterling collide in the middle, and the two crowd favourites land simultaneous bulldogs. Kerman and Infierno exchange a high five, and continue to work on their opponents. Three minutes have passed, and still nobody is out. However, the tables have turned and now Sterling and Red are in control. They work together to send Kerman over the ropes, but the Blue Mimi comes to the rescue. As he charges an unsuspecting Seth Sterling, Red grabs him, and flips him onto the floor outside. Mimi is eliminated! Infierno is back up, and he tackles Red to the mat. A cover. One, two, but that's it! Red with a bodyslam, and he goes to the top. Infierno is up quickly, and pulls Red down. Meanwhile, Sterling has Kerman in a camel clutch, going for a submission. Kerman refuses to give in. Infierno knocks Sterling off his buddy, and delivers a gutwrench powerbomb. He goes to the top, and connects with his Crimson Tide 450 splash. Kerman holds Red, as Infierno gets the three count on Sterling. Only three men left! Red is definitely at a disadvantage, but he holds his own for quite a while. He takes down Kerman with a clothesline but is met by spinning heel kick at the hands of El Infierno. Infierno seizes the opportunity and heads to the top rope again for another 450 splash. But Gypsy, who is at ringside, shakes the rope and Infierno tumbles off the buckle. Luckily, he holds on as only one of his feet touches the floor. Kerman is now on the attack, while Infierno makes his way back into the ring. Kerman and Infierno with a double drop-kick, and they follow with a double elbow. Despite their common dislike for Red, they are keeping a close eye on one another. Kerman covers Red. One, two, not enough! El Infierno picks up Red, and holds him so Kerman can go for a running forearm. But Red moves! Infierno tumbles over the top rope, and Red rolls to the corner. Wait! El Infierno held on to the ropes! He flips back into the ring, and charges at Red, who thinks he's out. A clothesline from behind sends Red to the mat. Kerman follows with his Kenny's Press finisher, and he gets the three count. The crowd erupts as they see El Infierno and Kenny Kerman stare each other down. Infierno to the ropes, and Kerman with a clothesline, but the Brazilian ducks. Infierno with one of his own, but Kerman ducks. Kerman goes for a cross-body, and the two go flying over the top rope to the floor. Both are eliminated! The crowd silences, and the two look to the referee for a final decision. The ref waits a moment, and steps in between them. He looks at Kerman, and raises El Infierno's arm as the winner, ruling that Kerman touched the floor first. El Infierno accepts the Featherweight Championship Belt, and celebrates in the ring. Kerman, disgusted, and disappointed, sulks back the dressing room.

Match #5 (Superbelt title defense): "Superstar" Eric Sklar (champion) w/Justine vs Bohnen the Barbarian (challenger)
This is "Superstar" Eric Sklar's first ever title defense and he'll have his hands full with Bohnen the Barbarian. Bohnen gets a loud pop from the crowd before the cheers turn to jeers when Sklar and Justine make their way to the ring. As the match gets underway, Sklar is hesitant to lock up with his opponent and keeps conferencing with the lovely Justine. Finally, after the crowd gets on Sklar's back, the action begins. A grapple leads into a headlock by Sklar and an atomic drop by Bohnen. But Sklar is quick to retaliate with a kick to the gut and a body slam. He pulls Bohnen up by the hair, snaps him over his shoulder by the neck and holds the Barbarian down in a chinlock. But Bohnen works his way up, with the support of the crowd, and surprises Sklar with a jawbreaker. Bohnen hooks the leg, but Superstar is out at two. Bohnen plants a few uppercuts into Sklar, then whips him to the turnbuckle. He follows that up by lunging into him with his shoulder, but Sklar moves and Bohnen collides with the ring post. Superstar seizes the opportunity and begins to work on Bohnen's right shoulder. He applies pressure with a surfboard submission hold, and then wears Bohnen down with elbows and knees to his shoulder. A cover, only two. Sklar picks the Barbarian up and drops him with a shoulder breaker. As Bohnen screams pain, Sklar chokes him on the mat. The ref warns him, but Sklar just snickers and turns his attention back to his opponent. Where is his opponent? Bohnen the Barbarian is nowhere to be seen. Suddenly, Sklar is tripped and pulled to the outside. Bohnen begins to wail away on Sklar and whips him into the stairs. He rolls Superstar back into the ring and follows. Bohnen grabs Sklar and slaps him in the Barbaric Armbar. Now it is Sklar who is screaming in agony as Bohnen increases the pressure. Sklar finally manages to reach the ropes and Bohnen releases the hold. He whips Sklar to the ropes, but Superstar reverses and Bohnen is sent running. Sklar ducks and Bohnen leaps over him and rolls him into a sunset flip cover. One, two, thr-- NO! Sklar barely kicks free. The two exchange punches and Bohnen takes down his opponent. He runs to the ropes, but stumbles as Justine tries to trip him. They exchange some words as Superstar sneaks up from behind. He grabs Bohnen and lands a reverse DDT. An out of breath Sklar slowly heads to the top rope. He comes crashing down on Bohnen with his Frog Elbow and covers him. One, two, three! Sklar gets the victory and retains the Superbelt. He grabs his belt from the officials at ringside as Justine escorts him to the dressing room.

Match #6 (Triple Threat Match for #1 contender): "Devastating" Dan Crank vs Hunk of Dump vs "Big Mama" Joe Sling
Before the match gets under way, The Zoo Crew comes down to the ring in its entirety, as manager Ginsberg Wong leads the way. The White Jeep is in full effect, with "Zoo Crew" spray painted all over it. The Crew is screaming profanities at the Ottawa crowd, who can't resist booing them. When the three members enter the ring, Wong steps to the outside, in a neutral position. Crank, Sling and Dump all exchange hand shakes and do a little show-off burping. The bell sounds. They just stare at each other until the ref demands that the match begin. Crank goes after Sling, who goes after Dump. Dump, being the inexperienced of the three, scrambles away, hoping that Sling and Crank will start things off. They do, as Sling and Crank collide in the center of the ring. Crank sends Sling to the ropes, and Big Mama takes him down with a shoulder block. Sling sends Crank to the ropes, and this time it is the devastating one delivering the hit on Big Mama. Out of nowhere comes Hunk of Dump, as he takes the two of them down with a double clothesline. He tries for a double elbow, but Sling and Crank move out of the way, and land their own on Dump. Eventually, things even up, and the three monsters brawl it out with closed fists and big boots. After a belly-to-back suplex, Sling goes for an early cover on Dump, but the biggest of the Zoo Crew kicks out. Crank slaps a sleeper hold on Sling, and then Dump puts one on Crank. A triple sleeper! Sling and Crank start to wear down, until Sling drops, leaving Crank to slam his jaw, and Dump to do the same. All three men are out, and the ref begins to count to ten. Sling is up, and he covers Dan Crank. One, two... but Dump pulls him off and covers! One, two... it's reversed into a roll-up by Crank! One, two... Sling pulls off Crank! Big Mama is frustrated, and tries to bodyslam Hunk of Dump. It's a no-go, and Hunk of Dump delivers a nasty piledriver. As he covers Sling, Crank goes to the second buckle. One, two, Crank lunges with an elbow, but Dump moves, and Crank hits Sling! Dump lays them side by side, and runs to the ropes. A double Thunderbutt splash? No! Both Sling and Crank move! And they bowlth cover Dump. The ref can't count, because only one man can win. They get up and yell at the referee to smarten up. The crowd takes exception to that, as they are on the Zoo Crew's backs. They begin to team up on Hunk of Dump, in the realization that he is the most worn down of the three. Ginsberg Wong can't stand to watch as his boys are pounding away at each other. Dan Crank hoists up Hunk of Dump, and lands a back breaker. Joe Sling lands a leg drop on the fallen Dump, and Crank continues to work on him, too. He whips Dump to the corner, and follows with an avalanche. Sling takes advantage and avalanches both Dump and Crank, who fall to the mat. A cover on Dump. One, two, kick out! So he covers Crank. One, two, but Dump stops the count at two. Dan Crank is back up, and he plows into Joe Sling with a vicious short-arm clothesline. He runs to the ropes, and lands part two of the Devastator, a gigantic splash. Hunk of Dump pulls Crank off Sling, who is out cold. The two of them go to the ropes. A double boot to the face! Crank tumbles to the outside. Hunk of Dump is dazed and stumbles forward onto the fallen Joe Sling. The ref counts. One...two...THREE! Hunk of Dump is the new #1 contender for the WCFC world title! Ginsberg Wong rolls Dan Crank back into the ring, and helps up Joe Sling, who is just coming back around. The three members and Wong exchange congratulations, as Dump holds up a one finger to the crowd, signalling #1. They leave together in the White Jeep.

Match #7 (WCFC World Title Match): "The Franchise" Mike Coristine (champion) w/Larry vs Colossus (challenger)
The most anticipated match of the night, the main event for the WCFC World Title, is next. The first to arrive on the scene is Colossus, as the Ottawa crowd is deafening with their cheers. Following Colossus, the WCFC champ and his "insurance" confidently strut to the ring enjoying the boos that surround them. The belt is held up by the referee and we're underway. A lock up, and Colossus heaves the Franchise into the corner. A shocked Coristine brushes off what just happened and the two grapple. Again, Colossus throws the champ aside. Coristine can't believe it and Larry gives him a few words of advice. They lock up for a third time, and the Franchise plants knee into Colossus and whips him to the ropes. He tries a clothesline, but Colossus ducks. The big man grabs the champ and lands a knee breaker which sends Coristine hobbling, leaving him vulnerable for a vicious clothesline by Colossus, as the Franchise flips over the top rope to the outside. The champ talks things over with Larry until Colossus grabs him by the hair and pulls him up to the apron. But the champ is on his game and drives a shoulder into Colossus, before snapping his neck over the tope rope. Coristine drags Colossus out of the ring and pounds away on him. He picks up his opponent and drives him into the steel ring post. He gears up for a big right hand, but hits the post as Colossus ducks out of the way. The Franchise holds his hand and lets out a cry in agony. Colossus rolls the champ into the ring, but is attacked by him as he tries to enter the squared circle. Coristine stomps on his opponent and then piledrives him. An early pin attempt only gets him a two count. Coristine works away on Colossus in the corner and then lands a huge superplex into the center of the ring. The crowd is in awe after seeing the champ hoist such a big man. Coristine neglects to cover and decides to drop a running elbow, but Colossus moves. Both men are up and Coristine kicks Colossus. But Colossus grabs his foot and executes a fisherman's suplex. One..two... kick out! He takes Coristine down again with a big boot and then whips him to the buckle. The champ is sent tumbling over the turnbuckle and to the outside. Colossus gets a running start and flies over the top rope and into Coristine as they collide with the announcer's table. The Franchise, in desperation, lands a low blow on Colossus. An angry Colossus begins to chase the champ around the outside of the ring, but is met with a clothesline at the hands of Larry, who had been hiding behind the steps. The ref is suspicious of Larry, as owners/presidents Ben and Elisha Targonsky hurry down to the ring. They demand that Larry leave ringside, while the Franchise pounds away on Colossus. As the battle is brought back into the ring, Larry reluctantly walks away from the match, escorted by the Targonsky's. Coristine, meanwhile, sends Colossus to the ropes, and delivers a Samoan drop. Another cover. One...two...thr--! No! Colossus kicks out. The champ slaps on a rear chin lock, and Colossus struggles to free himself. Coristine holds Colossus tight though, and slowly the big guy is being worn down. The ref checks if Colossus is still in it, and the crowd begins to work the challenger into a comeback. Slowly, Colossus gets back up, and breaks the hold with an elbow to Coristine's head. He whips Coristine to the turnbuckle, and follows with a clothesline. Then he sends him across to the other buckle. The ref is squashed! The referee was caught in the middle, and is out cold! The Franchise's momentum carries him into the hands of Colossus, who hoists him up onto his shoulder. The crowd erupts, and he lands the Slam Heard 'Round the World! A cover by Colossus. There's no ref to make the count! Colossus pulls the ref, who is starting to come around, and demands a three count. The weak ref starts the count, but is going slowly. One... wait! Larry is charging down the aisle for the save! Two... he grabs Colossus's feet and yanks him. Thr-- NO! The count is stopped, but the ref didn't see Larry do it! Wait! Here are Ben and Elisha storming to the ring area. They grab Larry and hold him back as he tries to get at Colossus. Coristine goes for a low blow on Colossus, but the big guy stops his hand before he can connect! He rolls The Franchise into a package pin! One... two... THREE! We have a new WCFC champion! Colossus is victorious! The crowd explodes in ovation, as Colossus accepts the belt from the referee. An angry Coristine leaves with Larry, as Colossus celebrates with the championship belt. We fade to black...
