Colossal squid
|
If there is anything better than a giant squid, it
is the Colossal Squid which has only recently been
identified. They live at great depths and have huge
beaks, so watch out. As can be seen by the diagram,
it is a matter of speculation exactly how big they
can grow. I especially admire the use of the London
Bus as a standard unit of measurement, as if
everyone in the world can appreciate just how
colossal a colossal squid is by comparing it with a
London Bus.
