We're doing a bit of Spring cleaning on the chart this week as no less than 7 songs wave bye bye to be replaced by 6 brand spanking new tunes (and 1 song that fell off making it's return!). One song that's not going without a fight is Garbage's "Why Do You Love Me" which took a tumble down from number 3 to #15 as it begins to get less points as it leaves some people's weekly charts but you didn't think a gal like Shirley Manson would go quietly now did you ? Meanwhile there's exciting news at the top of the chart as we have two brand new debuts entering the chart at #1 & # 2. Swedish Garage Rockers The Caesars and NYC Avant-Garde Art Rockers Fischerspooner accomplish this feat respectively. This also means that this is the second week in a row that a song debuts at #1. Breaking Benjamin accomplished this last week. So before ringing in the new let's say farewell to some great tunes leaving us this week!
