At beginning the G string is picked fast.

During All I Want is all I want. I know that the G chord is used.  I only have 
my acoustic with me today.

Now that I have actually tried playing it I don't think I'm missing anything.
I'm so used to hearing the live version. I thought there was more. I hope this 
helps. It was a pleasure, Pride, Happy Death Men, and New Direction are the ones 
I havn't figured out yet but since you asked for It Was A Pleasure I'll give it 
a try.  I'll try to do all of Porcupine by tomorrow. May throw in others in the 
process. I'll get you most of everything hopefully in the next three weeks.

 Also on All I Want chorus part I think that it is F and G now that I have 
played it on my electric. The live version Will plays F and G on the 13th and 
15th frets. On Heaven Up Here in middle when G E ... G A D are played those are 
the right chords but you can also play them G(000787) A(0009109) D(000141514)
It sounds that way on the album version.
