"My Time Will Come Again"
By: Jason Conner

 Into the eve,
 Another day has passed.
 This day, no different,
 Same as all the rest.

 Save one.
 It's time in ours.
 Not time in season,
 But time in place.

 The year has ended,
 But winter still rages.
 And it's close
 Is no where in site.

 Still, there are few,
 And sometimes many,
 Who rejoice at it's end,
And bring fort a new day.

 A new day.
A day like all the others.
 This day, no different,
 Same as all the rest.

 Save one.
 It's time in ours.
 Not time in season,
 But time in place.

 So on this night,
 When the day has passed,
 I stare into your eyes,
 And hope for a new.

 Now, thoese eyes are gone,
And only my ears can see you.
 See you from a far,
 See you through my heart.

 So I see, no, listen
 And again wonder
When my time will come again,
When our time will be new.

But I wait in this eve,
for a new eve to sit.
 This night, no different,
 Same as all the rest.

 Save one.
 It's time in our lives.
 Not time in season,
But time in place in my heart.
