Studio Recording...

In my spare time I write and record music. I am a multi-instrumentalist. I play and record guitar, bass, drums, and keyboards separately and then mix them to sound like an entire band. Download and listen to different selections from my CDs entitled "Seven Tunes" and "Little Pieces". My music is a cross between Eric Johnson, Genesis, Rush, Dave Mathews, VanHalen and something mellow and soothing at the same time. It has no lyrics because I can barely talk much less sing... I have a home studio where I write, record and edit. The main engine for this is a 1 GHZ AMD K7 and Turtle Beach Santa Cruze sound card using Cakewalk Music Creator and Cakewalk Sonar studio software. I have a 9 Piece Tama Swingstar drum set mounted in a Gibralter power rack, Roland 660 drum machine, Yamaha SY77, Fender Strat, Washburn N2 electric, Yamaha APX and Epiphone acoustic guitars, Ibanez EX 5 string bass, Fender Mandolin. I have an assortment of processors that include Sans amp, Boss compression/sustainer, MXR phase 90, Boss stereo chorus, Hughes/kempner red box guitar cabinet simulator. The mics that I use for drums and acoustic guitars include Sure SM57 and Audio Technica ATM25.
