Laura Pruett's BBQ ribs
4 pounds of baby back ribs (cut in one or two ribs size)
Put in shallow baking pan
Add 1 can of beer, 1/2 cup red wine and one shot of brandy
Cook in oven at 350 until ribs turn brown, about an hour. Don't let sauce dry out.
When the ribs are brown, put BBQ sauce (regular size bottle if not home made) in pan.
Transfer to crock pot and let simmer until ready to eat. Or, after browning put the ribs on the grill to finish cooking and spread on the BBQ sauce the last few minutes of cooking.
