Sir Paul McCartney missed an opportunity to win back the copyright to the Beatles' hits because Yoko Ono's psychics told her not to do the deal.
Sir Paul asked Yoko to submit a joint bid in 1985 to buy the rights from Lord Grade's ATV empire.
But John Lennon's former assistant, Fred Seaman, revealed: "Yoko doesn't make a move without her psychics. They told her the time was wrong and if she waited, the price would drop."
Micahel Jackson paid $90 million for the rights which he later sold to Sony in a $180 million deal.
Yoko later negotiated a rise in her share of the royalties behind McCartney's back, a one-off $10.5 million.
