Although he would eventually enjoy a good few hits in his own right, Ringo 
Starr will never be remembered as one of pop music's greatest singers.  Here 
he drones his way through another song which shows the Beatles' love of 
American r&b, Luther Dixon and Wes Farrell's "Boys" (originally a Shirelles 
B side).  This song was popular with many of the Liverpool bands.  Ringo had 
originally sung it with Rory Storm and the Hurricanes.
