Another dose of Dave and company and this time we could see the stage the entire time. The setlist actually changed up a bit which was a surprise to me since I'd gone to two shows in the same week in December and the setlists were pretty much the same. Nancy (one of my friends) was ecstatic to hear (what else?) Nancies. Every time we hear that song in one of the concerts, it has become tradition for me to point at Nancy and yell "Here she is!" whenever Dave comes in with the expected "Could I have been a Dancing Nancy..." They played Help Myself too, which was awesome! Carter's solos were just rockin and Dave's voice was right on target for #41, which I enjoyed immensely....I liked the bridge at the end of SMTS...it grooved pretty well. All in all, we went home totally wired and happy (well almost- I lost my watch and broke my sunglasses in the midst of all the reverie of dancing, and that sucked), and yet disappointed that our DMB sojourn had ended so soon, eagerly anticipating the next concert... By the way, anyone know what happens after this summer? Is there a fall tour in store for us, or is it back to the studio? Long live DMB....Peace love and Batman 1
