Ace Cooper
Ace Cooper is the world's most famous magician, and along with his sidekick/assistant Cosmo, also helps fight crime. He hasn't always been so popular, though; when he was a teenager, Ace was led astray by Blackjack, now his worst enemy, into working for him. Not to be fooled again, Ace spent many years working hard and meditating to finally gain the understanding of magic he has today. And when things get tough, Ace calls on "Magic force - reveal the power within!" to become The Magician, ready to fight crime with the powers of magic.

Cosmo
Cosmo was helped out of a jam once by Ace, and now this techie wiz kid works as his sidedick and assistant. Ace knows he can rely on Cosmo to help him out, and he's saved the magicin's life on more then one occassion. When he's not playing games or out roller blading with his friends, Cosmo is usually helping to preprare for Ace's next act (and usually ends up soing some really cool stuff, like flying planes or skydiving).

Mona
Mona is Blackjack's daughter, a singer, and Ace's sweetheart. She can usually be found performing on stage in her father's casino, the Croesus Palace, to the acclaim of its guests. She takes Ace's side, most of the time, when things go wrong, although she cares for her father dearly, and would never want him to get hurt. She's not one to back down, even in the face of threats.

Vega
Lt. Derek Vega is an aging police officer who once helped a young Ace get out of Blackjack's grasp. Since then, they have bacome good friends, and now Vega often relys on Ace and Cosmo to help him on tough cases. Of course, Vega also has to put up with his share of frustrations, mainly his Captain, Freidricks, who always thinks he's right, and never really knows what he's doing.

Angel
Angel is the Magic Express's computer, sometimes floating around in the form of a shrinking and expandng bluish crystal. Ace often needs Angel's help to solve hard problems or look up data for him. She has proven herself to be a very valuable resource many times.

Zina
Zina is Ace's faithful pet panther. She often takes part in Ace's shows and likes to accompany him on many of his adventures, although he doesnt always let her (this brings a new meaning to leaving your pets in the car). With Ace and his friends she's just a big pussy cat, but when threatened, she won't hesitate to act.

Freidricks
Okay, so he's not exactly the greatest Good Guy, but I didn't have the heart to put him with the Bad Guys. Freidricks is ElectoCity's chief of police, but if you ask anyone who really knows him, you'll find how completely incompetent he actually is. Often gettng in both Vega and Ace's way, Freidricks usually ends up delaying or messing up a case that the two have a perfectly good grasp on.

Duc Paparazzo
Duc a self-centered, arrogant, hyper-active, and extremely annoying news reporter. He's always covering Ace's events, and usually anything else that would make a great story. He's not always on everyone's good side, and he can get a bit nasty himself.
