HARLEQ SHIPS

AS'CONA HEAVY CRUISER - One of the oldest, but most common vessels in the Harleq military. The As'Cona has been refitted and upgraded through the years and it is regarded as their primary combat ship. Its design has been noted to be easily refittable for a variety of roles some of the most common being missile and carrier variants.

ARI'SIA LIGHT CRUISER - With the Harleq pushing onto the offensive against the Tauran Imperium in the early 2260s, they needed to rely on new designs never before seen by their enemies and also incorporating recently discovered technology found in ruins on a desolate planet. This new design began as a new heavy cruiser, but found that their military lacked a maneuvrable light cruiser that could outflank the larger and slower Tauran capital ships and also have heavy firepower to do significant when in the right position. This is the first of the craft to use the Seflar Cannon, a potent weapon discovered within that discovered technology. Though many have not been built as of far due to the construction difficulties involved with the power source and the weapon.

AV'LAN WARCRUISER - Considering that the main line of ship encountered in battle against the Tauran are Capital ships, the Harleq needed a strong ship and is most commonly seen as flagships for fleets and command vessels. Mainly built to take on the largest Tauran ships, it is packed with the most powerful weapons the Harleq has including Tri-Plasma Cannons, Heavy Pulse Cannons and Merculite Torpedoes. It is the only ship so far that has taken on Tauran Retaan Battlecruiser and won.

CHA'GENA CRUISER - This vessel serves as mainly a strike vessel used at long distances within a fleet before the main ships would engage, but has short-ranged weaponry also so when it closes can still inflict damage. It is a very common ship to be seen in the Harleq Military and widely used in fleets. It also serves partly as an escort for smaller ships and freighters and can provide good fighter cover with its single 360 degree pulse laser.
