The Looney Party was not scared by The Blair Witch Project.  In fact, the only scary thing about the movie was the fact that our feet were movie-crud glued to the floor and we almost had to watch it again.  The rocks, the feature "scary monster" of the movie, just didn't pull off their performance as frightening, and by the end of the movie we were hoping that the Blair Witch would come and kill us.  When the movie abruptly ended, we were unsure if they had just dropped the camera or had just given up realizing the movie sucked.
 

Therefore we give The Blair Witch Project a 5.  (But we won't declare a scale)
