Cordelia Chase

Cordelia Chase was your typical rich snob, valley girl type. Well this attitude showed mostly when we got our first look at BtVS. She put others down and didn't care about anyone else. She was the queen of mean.

However during the end of her sophomore year we where witness to somewhat a softer side of Cordelia. Buffy points out that Cordy is never lonely and she responds very strongly by exclaiming "Hey! You think I'm never lonely because I'm so cute and popular? I can be surrounded by people and be completely alone. It's not like any of them really know me. I don't even know if they like me half the time. People just want to be in the popular zone. Sometimes when I talk, everyone's so busy agreeing with me, they don't hear a word I say." Buffy asks why then do you want to be popular anyways. Then she says its better than being alone.

We then learn that Cordelia isn't the complete witch she was made out to be and she even helps Buffy and her friends a bit in their mission to save the world. In her junior year she has a small conection with Buffy and her gang and on a few occasions helps them out. Her and Xander even develop a new liking for groping and kissing in the broom closet which then revolves into a relationship.

Her popular crowd starts to disown her and she even dumps Xander. She then realizes that she would rather have Xander so she tells her friends of by calling the leader of the pack a sheep.

She then starts to blend in with the slayerrettes and eventually becomes one of them. Everything works out good for Cordelia untill she catches her beau and Willow in the act. How does she react? Not so well, she totally shuts Xander out and the rest of the gang.

Now Cordelia is at a money shortage because her dad hadn't payed his taxes for about 12 years. She is moving on to L.A where she is willing to persue an acting career of some sort, the character Cordelia will reside on The Angel Series.

Cordelia: Cordelia, well I like her clothes that is about the only nice thing I have to say about her. She does add comedy to the show and she is one important element but too bad she is leaving to L.A. I thought it was cool when she was nice but I knew it wouldn't last.

Cordelia's song "Moving On" by Mya because she seemed to have no trouble moving on and away from Xander.

Cordelia's episode would have to be Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered because this is the episode where she finally tells her friends off.
