After the song was over, Ryan led Gillian over to the love seat. After
she was sitting he carried the tray with the fruit and Champagne over.
When she saw the fresh strawberries it clicked in.
"My fantasy evening! How did you find out?" she exclaimed happily.
"I wanted to do something extra special, so I asked your grandmother.
She's the one who told me what your dream was." Ryan told her.
"I love you so much, Ryan." Gillian sail looking over at him.
"I love you too Princess."
They ate the fruit and drank Champagne for a while until Ryan stood up.
"I know that this wasn't part of your fantasy.... but I decided to
throw it in anyway." Ryan reached into his pocket and pulled out a ring
box. The then bent down on one knee and looked up at her.
"Princess, I
love you more then anything in the world, you make me truly happy. And
never in my life did I think I'd be here, with someone as beautiful and
kind as you are but for some lucky reason I am. So I need to ask you if
you would do me the honor of becoming my wife again." Ryan opened the
box to revel a diamond engagement ring.
Tears where pouring down Gillian face. "Yes!" She said happily. "Yes,
I'll marry you."
Ryan's face lit up as he slipped the ring on to her
finger. After, He jumped up and pulled Gillian to her feet. He picked
her up and happily spun her around. When he put her down, she saw that
there were tears of happiness in his eyes. Ryan reached up and brushed
her tears away.
They began to kiss. The kisses became more and more
passionate and they fell to the couch. But moments later they broke apart.
"I think we should wait, until we are married again." Ryan said looking
at Gillian.
"I agree with you. Waiting until we are married again would be
romantic."
Ryan leaned over and kissed her again. "I guess I better leave."
"Are you still coming over tomorrow? For Christmas?" She asked him.
"Of course. I'll be over at about 12:30 okay?"
"Good, Until then." She walked him to the door and kissed him again.
"I love you." he told her as the door closed behind him.
After he left Gillian climbed in to bed smiling and looking at the ring
on her finger dreaming about their future.
