The Bannons stared in shock. Past the differences, this young man was nearly an exact duplicate of Race.
"May I come in?" Jesse dropped her hand away from his face. Pulling back, she motioned for him to enter.
"Yes, please do." Walking past the stunned body guard and his wife, the young man walked over to where Jonny was standing. He looked Jonny up and down.
"Heh. Blonde, blue-eyed. Probably adventurous and quick to act and react without thinking." He looked at Jesse. "Finally got a boyfriend, ey, little sister?" Jesse blushed, and Jonny gave an expression of shock. Jacob smiled.
"How..how'd he do that?!" Jesse closed the door and walked over next to Jonny.
"Jacob always had this amazing ability to read people. So now I have no doubt that this is my brother." Slowly, Jesse's smile faded. Tears started to fall. She hugged Jacob tightly. "How? After all these years, how could you still be alive? I heard the gunshot, I SAW the blood! Oh, Jacob, this is just too good to be true." The tall boy hugged his younger sibling as tight as he could without hurting her.

"Mom, Dad...I'm sorry for everything. I don't know all that's happened since I've been gone, but I'm glad to be back. If you'll except my return, that is." Race looked down and sighed.
"Jacob, you are a part of this family. You will always be excepted. It's just... a lot has happened since you left." Jacob motioned to the seats.
"Well, tell me what I've missed." Nodding, Estella went back to her seat and offered one to Jacob. The group sat back down again, and they talked for a while.

The group talked and laughed. They reminisced about old times, and Race told Jacob about the divorce. After a while, Jacob stood up and removed his coat.
"Dad, how's my old room looking?" Race looked up.
"I do believe it's the exact same as when you dissappeared. Why? Wanna take a look?" Jacob headed towards the stairs.
"Yes, I would. It's been a long time." Jacob walked quickly as he headed to his room, Jesse close behind. Jonny and the others had trouble keeping pace. Jacob and Jesse walked slowly into the room, looking around as they entered. Then, a noise came from the window....
