When Carl got shot, Cameron was the number 1 suspect. Why? Because Scott framed him. Amanda new it wasn't Cameron, and after bailing him out, they decided to team up and and find out who framed him
It wasn't long before they found out it was Scott, but they needed some of evidence, and a motive.
While trying to figure this out, they started to care about each other, which led to some romantic scenes (always interupted by Josie!) The only way they could figure out why Scott would frame Cameron, was for Scott to open up to Amanda, (because Scott hated Cameron ) So Amanda the only way Amanda could get Scott to trust her was, to tell Scott, how much she hated Cameron, and pull a suduction on him. But Scott was ethier right behind them, or one step in front of them.
As it turns out Scott was actually Carl's brother! and he was going to do what ever he had to get back the money that he thought Mac Cory stole from his father! Scott and Amanda went to Bocalinda together. At first Scott was going to kill Amanda until she scamed him into thinking that she new everything he was going to do and she wanted to help. Well it wasn't long until Scott found out that Amanda had been lying to him, and he locked her up in thier room, until that is Cameron came to save her...with a little help from Josie and Gary. What happened was Scott poured tons of Acid into the room, where Amanda and Cameron were...but Cameron was one step ahead of Scott this time and he kicked the acid into Scotts face, and the then shot him. While climbing out of a tunnel, which was the only way to get out, Just when you thought Scott was dead he pulled out a device and blew up the cave, leaving Amanda and Gary in there presumed dead. Josie and Cameron did not give up so eaisly, but the stupid police offericers kept telling them that they were dead. Josie and Cameron went to the beach were Josie was going to kill her self, She didn't want to live in a world where Gary wasn't. But somehow it turned into a love making hot sexy night. And when they were told that Gary and Amanda were still alive it left them both feeling pretty guilty.
