Shockwave, still in control of the aerospace plant, plans to construct an altered clone of Skyfire, one more powerful than all of the Decepticon planes combined. However, Jetfire, his new creation lacks an operating spark and must be programmed. To infuse him with life, Shockwave must steal the Matrix from Optimus Prime. Will he bring this new menace to life? When a inept Autobot spy receives important news from a Decepticon fortress, how will him and Blaster deal with it -- and the construction of a new, improved Decepticon space bridge? Blaster, Perceptor, and 5 new Autobot mini-vehicles are introduced.
