Note, these options can ONLY be installed in the OPs for the Main Body, and will not function if placed in arms, legs, or sensor pod/head locations, and may, in fact, damage or destroy the Optiarmor if emplaced in these locations.

Power Systems

All Optiarmor save for the Type 6 is powered by an Electrothermal Fuel cell that provides two months of continuous power before needing a recharge, which takes one full day. If the user prefers, he or she may change that power system for a variety of different units, as listed below.

Regenerative Fuel Supply	1 OP		$15,000		25 kg

This fuel supply uses a catalytic fuel converter that will function in any
Oxygen-Nitrogen atmosphere to produce fuel for as long as the unit is in one
piece. It will produce one day's worth of fuel for each hour of operation,
up to the storage tank's maximum or 30 days, at which point an automatic
cut-off stops the fuel production until there is room in the internal tanks.

Power Booster			1 OP		$20,000		25 kg

WARNING: PROLONGED USE OF THIS OPTION MAY CAUSE IRREVERSABLE DAMAGE TO THE
OPTIARMOR.
This unit supercharges the existing power system so that it provides twice
as much power to the Optiarmor's linkage as before. But, prolonged use (More
than 5 turns at a time) will begin to cause structural failures in the armor
- See Technical faults chart on page xx.

When in operation, this unit provides the following bonuses: -
+10 PS		x2 running speed

Fusion Generator		2 OP		$50,000		50 kg
This is a miniaturised Fusion generator, using stable Helium/Hydrogen
isotopes to provide continuous power for 1 year, this is the power unit in
the Type 6 Optiarmor.

Extra Armor for Optiarmor

Optiarmor can use extra OPs to expand their defence as can their larger brethren, but this will slow the Optiarmor's performance, and cases a negative characteristic modifier to be applied.

* All laser weapons do 1/10 damage to a unit with this coating applied.
** Provides immunity to all plasma/flame weapons and flame attacks,
including magical.

Sensors for Optiarmor

All of these options can only be emplaced in the Sensor Pod/Head location, and will not function in any other location.

Long-Range targeting		1 OP		$5,000		25kg
	Doubles sensing range and adds +1 to strike when in use.

Combat sensors			1 OP		$25,000		25kg
	Doubles sensing range and provides the follownig bonuses
	+1 attack, +3 strike, +2 dodge

Hyper-Combat Sensors		1 OP		$75,000		25kg
	Triples sensing range and adds the following bonuses
	+2 attacks, +5 strike, +4 dodge, +2 parry

Movement Options for Optiarmor

These options can be emplaced either in the legs or in the main body, NOT the arms, or Sensor Pod.

Rocket Pack		1 OP		$25,000		50 kg
	Provides 100 turns of flight at 100 kmph/60 mph

Flight Pack		2 OP		$100,000	75 kg
	Provides unlimited flight duration and the following bonuses
	+1 initiative, +1 attack, +2 strike, +2 dodge when flying
	Flight speed is up to 600 kmph max.

Glidepath Flight pack	3 OP		$100,000	90 kg
	Provides unlimited flight with the following bonuses
	+1 initiative, +1 attack, +1 strike, +5 dodge, +3 parry when flying
	Flight speed is up to 500 kmph max.

Weapons Systems for Optiarmor

Optiarmor can use any handheld weapon, and can also use the Mimi-missiles that the Optimechs utilize, though in special launchers designed for the Optiarmor.
