We are proud of our GRCH and CH UKC Rat Terriers!
Our dogs are bred for conformation, temperment, movement and to be family
companions as well as show dogs! Our Rat Terriers are family raised and socialized, come with a UKC (United Kennel Club) pedigree, two sets of puppy shots, a puppy/breed infomation packet along with a written health guarantee.
A. Responsible breeders have current accurate health records,
pedigrees, vaccines, health clearances/tests, breeding information, DNA
profiling, references, purchase agreements and guarantees.
B. The breeder raises one or two breeds - they don't have many different breeds.
C. They have first hand knowledge of the breed. They offer you specific breed
information and offer guidance in ownership for the life of your dog/puppy.
D. They will openly discuss their lineage - bad points as well as good ones, any breed
specific health problems, and talk about their personal goals and improvements
made in their own breeding program.
E. They have clean living conditions for their dogs and allow you to visit and inspect their kennel.
F. One or both parents of this puppy are on the premise for you to view.
G. They belong to one or more dog organizations especially to one of their breed's.
H. They never sell to pet stores, puppy brokers, agents, auctions or flea markets.
I. They will assist you in lifetime placement of your dog should your situation change
not allowing you to continue your dog's ownership.
J. They provide you with an accurate pedigree from a reputable registry such as UKC
(United Kennel Club).
