An organisation without a leader is like a body without a head. DarkStrike not only serves as the ultimate brains of the Predacon BlackOps unit, he serves an integral role during the action phases of any action. For a Predacon, DarkStrike is actually quite an honourable character, serving loyaly and unquestioningly to further the goals of the Predacons and of Megatron. The direct opposite of the Maximals' Counter-Strike, they both possess similar attributes, making them fierce rivals on the battlefield. Even during negotiations, any nearby Maximal could swear that DarkStrike and Counter-Strike were 2 good friends chatting on the intercom, despite the dangerous situations that could possibly unfold. DarkStrike is an intelligent leader who plans cautiously, prepared for any situation that could possibly pop up during a mission. His tactics have seen many a black operation against Maximal troops, outposts and even the Axalon itself coming out successful, with just as many failures due to intervention by Counter-Strike's STF, the Maximal counterterrorist squad. DarkStrike often assists in any action, using his 1100 rounds per minute assault rifle with deadly precision and effectiveness. For melee fights, DarkStrike activates the laser knife on his right wrist. This laser blade is extremely sharp, giving DarkStrike a 80% higher chance against the standard issue knives of the STF. Stealthed, agile and speedy, DarkStrike can easily sneak up on a foe and use his laser blade. In beast mode, his stealth and speed allow him to zip across the battlefield like a bolt of black lightning. Few Maximals actually see him before they enter stasis lock. An extremely deadly foe, DarkStrike is not someone any Maximal would hope to come across.


WEAPONS
This 7.72mm calibre assault rifle is capable of immense damage in DarkStrike's hands. With a 3.5x scope, DarkStrike is granted limited sniping capability. And at 1100rpm, DarkStrike often has the edge is close quarter combat. The only downsides to this weapon is its magazine capacity and high recoil. At 1100rpm, the 35 rounds in each magazine are quickly used on full auto, not to mention a severe accuracy problem due to recoil.
A laser blade capable of cutting through anything it touches. Made of pure light energy, DarkStrike has some problems sustaining it for prolonged periods due to high energy consumption, and it also blows his cover when IR sensors are used due to the immense heat generated by the knife.
