"Knowing how to respond to hostile movement is the key to any battle."
 
Usually stationed not more than 600 meters from active Destron hotspots, Recon is always observing and always learning more about Destron activity and troop movement. The information he delivers is extremely critical, informing Cybertron forces on any impending Destron offensives, allowing neccessary preparations and ensuring the Cybertrons clear cut victory. Despite his calmness while observing Destrons, Recon tends to get edgy during tense moments and has been known to spring in at the wrong moments. His agile and speedy beast mode has often saved his hide many a time from the scrapheap due to his youthful zeal and desire for combat. In beast mode, Recon cuts through the waves of Hydros-3 with speed and grace. He has no equal in terms of agility in the water and usually outmaneuvers his enemies in this mode. In robot form, Recon wields a harpoon gun that impales his target with sharp, barbed harpoons that cause tremendous damage to internal circuitry. However, Recon still lacks a real firearm. Armed with a typical Enrgon-discharge shell system revolver gunblade that slices through armor the way he cuts through the waves in beast mode.


WEAPONS
Impaling all that stand in his line of fire, this harpoon gun deals shocking damage when used correctly. Recon is an expert in the usage of this deadly weapon, often using it as a tool as well as a weapon. However, if the harpoon line is broken off, Recon must replace it, and in critical battles, this can prove to be a liability. Fortunately, the lines are made of titanium and usually take time before there is  any danger of snapping.
This revolver gunblade works similarly as with any other in the Aqua Wars. With the ability to discharge a lethal energon blast along the surface of the blade when the trigger is squeezed, this weapon allows melee combat with an explosive difference. Scaled down for Recon's use to enable him to efficiently wield it in combat. There are 8 round chambers in all, meaning Recon must use his ammo wisely.
