Though we don't know why it's taken over two years for Nancy Lee Grahn to get a story, some of her recent scenes indicate that just maybe this will be worth the wait.

After learning that Nikolas wasn't the true Cassadine heir, a hurt Alexis Davis stood her ground and claimed not only her fair share of the family fortune but her identity as Natasha Cassadine as well. Her conforntation with Stefan was a dynamic uproar in which she demanded to be treated as his equal once and for all. When Stefan tried to turn the tables, she remained firm, telling him he was responsible for the collapse of the Cassadine empire when he took his brother's wife (Laura) into his bed, thus robbing the bloodline of the firstborn of the firstborn, the mandatory succession to the throne. Nancy Lee Grahn nailed Alexis' passion when Alexis proved herself to be a true Cassadine - and her father's daughter.
