Just like her rock 'n' roller dad, Wally Kurth's 2 year old, Rosabel, loves music. "It has a strong effect on her. It kind of overwhelms her," he says, noting that his toddler already sings the ABC song in tune and absolutely loves Baby Mozart. "It's her favorite video, which makes me happy. Research says that Mozard had a quieting effect on children and stimulates their intelligence. Kids who listen to it tend to progress quicker than other."
Wally did not realize Rosabel's full appreciation for all works classical until the day he was listening to classical music, and she asked, "What's that Daddy?" I said, 'Music.' Usually, when she's playing, nothing fazes her, but she totally stopped what she was doing and started singing to Brahms." When Wally attempted to switch to country, Rosabel said no. Nor does she care for Daddy's music. "When I play the guitar and sing, she hates it. She tries to get on top of the guitar and stop me."
