OK, I guess an explanation IS in order. Here's what happened.

I saw this nifty logo on Lady J's page. Just like this: actually, it WAS that! I asked what it was about. She said that Freckles had drawn it. After a whole pile of pleading on my part, and work on Lady J's part, and a message board war, the DWFC was born. Lady J was made President. I joked that I was President of the Southern Hemisphere. I was taken seriously. So, that was pretty cool with me, cept when I realized that I was the ONLY Darkwing fan in the Southern Hemisphere. How bad is that? So, I decided that Drakey(read the stories on my page Darkwing Duck Den) would be the Vice-President, Nosedive would be Minister for Defense, Timon would be Minister for Toon/Human relations, and Iago would be my Personal Advisor. We don't need a treasurer, cause we're broke, and we don't need a secretary, cause I type out all the meetings. Then my buddy Lone Wolf made that lovely logo you see up top. WELL! Lone Wolf is actually in Germany, so we made him Minister of Southern Hemisphere/European Relations. He's the only member who doesn't live in my house, so he's SPECIAL!!My younger sister heard what I was doing, and has become a member, but without position. And my name is Thlayli-rah, President of the Southern Hemisphere.

What a lovely story. Kinda brings a tear to the eye, don't it? ;)
