Love Interests:Rachel seems to flirt with many male characters, but mostly she appears to be interested in Scott Baldwin, at least for the moment.
Other Information:Rachel is the newest character on PC and she is a very mysterious one and definitely a "bad guy". She is the psychiatrist who replaced Kevin Collins as Julie Devlin's therapist and she is also working at GH and with Victor Collins. She seems to have changed her name and obviously has a very intriguing and probably dangerous past which will be soon revealed. She goes to great lengths to keep her former identity concealed and it appears that she may have some connection to David Bordisso.
