Other Information:Kevin had a twin brother who was a serial killer, Ryan, who has haunted him several times in his life. Kevin is close friends with Scott Baldwin and is still friends with Lucy Coe. He was also great friends with Ellen Burgess. He was the psychiatrist for Julie Devlin but was removed from that position and replaced by Rachel Locke. His father is Victor Collins.
