Other Information:Victor is Kevin Collins' father who recently reappeared in Kevin's life. He is fond of Kevin and calls him "Monk". Victor is an endearing old man who likes playing the accordion and is always willing to step in and help his friends and family members. He still has some connection to the spy world, though, and he was recently involved in "psychic" spying in Italy. In fact, Eve and Kevin were brainwashed to believe that he was, in fact, dead. He is, however, at least for the time being, very much alive.
