Facts:Teddy is the Reed sister who seems to always be making mistakes. She is jealous of Frankie's marriage to her ex-husband. She spent a lot of time on the road with Cat and is trying to get her life more into order. She had a drinking problem. She had Cat when she was only 17 or 18 years old. Teddy was pregnant with a second child of hers and Mitch's, but she had a miscarriage. She is interested in the fashion industry and began her first company with help from a rich man in Wynnetka, Simon Bolt. She wanted her company to be called Teddy Wear, it became known by merely her name: Theodora Reed. Simon and Teddy later developed a relationship and Simon asked Teddy to marry him. Although she initially accepted, she quickly changed her mind, especially since he sold her company to a strange southerner named Cyrus who wanted her to make her clothes out of cheap materials so that the "common man" could afford them. After Cat was raped, Teddy first considered getting back together with Mitch bud ended up developing a relationship with James Falconer instead. She bought her own house/studio at this time and was afraid that she wouldn't be able to be involved with a detective since she would worry about him constantly, but she eventually changed her mind.
