1) IU wins at Mackey Arena!

3) IU beats Penn State in double overtime on an AJ Guyton 3-pointer
4) UConn, ULose
Previously undefeated Connecticut loses to Syracuse, 59-42
5) Duke goes down!
On Championship night, I forced myself to root for UConn and watched in amazement (and immense joy) as they took out the favored Blue Devils. Rip Hamilton and Ricky Moore were fantastic!

On October 19, 1998, I went to MIDNIGHT MADNESS at Assembly Hall in Bloomington. We sat in the 7th row back, and my friend Beth had a zoom lens, so we got some great pictures. To see them, click here.
