timeline: season 4 finale: TOW ross' wedding opening scene: C&M
at wedding reception chandler has just bombed his best man speech and monica
is depressed cause her mom is bothering her. Disclaimer: I do not own any
of these characers bla, bla. . . . .
Chan: the guy was hammered ok, there's no way you look like ross' mother
Mon: then why would he say it?
Chan: because he's crazy ok, he came up to me earlier and thanked me for my very moving performance in titanic
Mon: my mothers's right, I'M never going to get married
Chan: ahh. . . that is who wouldn't want you
Mon: oh please I'm a single mother with a 30 year old son
* this is where my fanfic starts *
Chan: well I'm a 30 year old man who just bombed his best man speech and can't keep a girl friend for longer than a month.
Mon: I wanna go up to the hotel.
Chan: Me too
Mon: could I go with you to your room I really don't want to be alone
Chan: sure
scene: chandler's hotel room time lapse c&m are sitting on the bed watching a movie (or t.v. whatever) but their minds are on something else (they are sitting like they were in TOW the free porn)
Chan(thinking)(looking at mon): god she's beautiful I just think shes the greatest but she deserves better than those losers she dates oh I wish I could kiss her. whoa I'm not allowed to do that jeese what am I thinking I should just stop talking wait I'm not talking I'm thinking, what the hell is wrong with me. god I want her. shut -up, shut up, shut up.
Mon(thinking): Chandler's so sweet and great (looking at chandler) and cute --what am I saying I've only ever thought of him as a friend but he's always comforting me and so sweet to me and at the beach I wish I took up his offer (she means how he offered to be her boyfriend) no, no, no, I can't think about that but he is so cute . . .
Chan(out loud): y'know it's not your fault your mom lowers your confidence like that so you always end up with losers (trying to help but making it worse)
Mon: (getting defensive) what?? oh, at lease I can keep in a relationship for longer than a week.
Chan: well at least my longest relationship wasn't with a man 21 years older than me (realises what he said) ok that didn't come out right.
Mon(getting up and heading for the door): out of all the people I thought you understood.
Chan (yelling as she's in the middle of the hall): Y'know I can't BELIEVE I thought about kissing you(realizes what he said). . . oops
Mon: what did you say(walking back in)???
Chan (sheepishly): n-no-nothing
Mon: no, you said you were going to kiss me (chandler doesn't answer and looks at the ground) look me in the eye and tell me you weren't going to kiss me.
Chan: looking at the floor and shifting his feet) I. I . . wasn't g-going to kiss you
(Long Pause)
Monica slowly walks up to chandler and kisses him softly for 5 seconds and she pulls away, then he kisses her back more passionately they continue to kiss as they fall on to the bed monica breaks the kiss and says: Liar.

Ph: hey what ya doin'
ch(to mon): why am I not boyfriend material???
mon (starts to talk but is interrupted by Phoebe)
Ph: I know, kiss, if there's nothing there let it go and if there is I'M not getting into it . . . . .
