Sabrina, the Teenage Witch is a comical adventure. Originally based on the always favourite Archie comic's series. Sabrina Spellman is a modern day witch. Gone are the stereotypical pointy hat and warted noses, they are replaced with stylish clothes, great hair and a little giggle replaces the famous witch's cackle. Living in an old house in Riverdale with her two eccentric Aunts, Hilda and Zelda, Sabrina was trying to adapt to a new house, missing her parents and making new friends when on her 16th birthday, she woke up only to be told that she was, in fact, a witch. Being guided by her Aunts, who have been "in the business" for centuries, and a mischievious warlock named Salem who is waiting out a hundred year sentence in the form of a black cat, Sabrina takes to witchcraft like a duck to water. Except sometimes when she unwittingly wreaks havoc of her friends and foe alike. As if that wasn't hard enough, Sabrina must keep her magical powers secret from her classmates who are mere mortals. Her carefree best friend Jenny; her friend and maybe something more, Harvey and Sabrina's long time enemy Libby. New to this season is also Valerie, Sabrina's whiny but good hearted friend.
So what's the worst that could happen? Well, let's see, her living room furniture talks, the linen closest is a door way to the other rhelm and the Quizmaster is always popping up asking Sabrina questions to pass her witch's learning permit. All of this mayhem conjures up a fantastic television series.
