Chapter 10

AJ stood off to the side and listened to Jason and Robin talking. HE was sad 
when he heard Jason yelling at Robin. He could see that Robin wanted to tell him 
but that Jason bullied her not to do so. AJ became shocked when Jason told Robin 
that he wished that she were dead. AJ then saw Robin suddenly clutching her 
wound and started having difficulty breathing. AJ rushed in and got Jason out of 
there. He then held on to Robin. He was begging her to be all right. The medical 
people rushed in and examined Robin. AJ waited outside her room. Monica then 
came out and came up to AJ. 

AJ: How is Robin? 

Monica: Robin will be all right. 

AJ: What happened? 

Monica: Her blood pressure went way up. It caused pressure on the blood vessels 
damaged when she was shot. They almost burst from the pressure. But we got her 
pressure down. What happened AJ? 

AJ: Jason came in and yelled at her. She was in tears. 

Monica: She can't handle that kind of stress AJ. We had to repair damage to 
several blood vessels. If her pressure goes up then they can burst. And that 
will kill her. It will take several months for them to completely heal. 

AJ: I will make sure that she doesn't have that kind of stress. May I see her? 

Monica: Sure. Just make sure that she doesn't go though that again. 

Monica then leaves. AJ comes into Robin's room. He comes to Robin's bed. He 
looks at her. What he sees makes him upset. He sees a very sad Robin. He comes 
up to her. 

AJ: Robin? 

Robin: (sad voice) Hi AJ. 

AJ: I heard what Jason said to you. You don't deserve that. 

Robin: I kept your son away from you. You should hate me AJ. 

AJ: I am hurt but not angry with you. You made a mistake Robin. Friends forgive 
each other. 

Robin: I didn't lose your keys or forgot something. I kept your son away. 

AJ: Yes you did. But you did tell me. So lets forget about it and move on. All 
right. 

Robin: I guess. 

AJ: Jason should of never said what he did. And withholding your medicine. Can 
he do that? 

Robin: He shouldn't be able to. But he is doing it. The money is Sonny’s. He 
promised to take care of me. And Jason runs the account for me. If Jason carries 
out his threat. 

AJ: You think that he will? 

Robin: Yes. I can afford to pay for it myself. I could use my trust funds to pay 
for it or use my insurance. But that will take 8 weeks. And I have only a three 
week supply left. 

AJ: What are you going to do? 

Robin: I don't know. But I will not let Jason do this to me. 

AJ: What about Sonny? Maybe he can help you? 

Robin: I can't reach him. Only Jason could. 

Robin suddenly yawns. AJ sees that Robin is tired. AJ tells Robin goodbye. He 
leaves Robins room and heads to Luke's club. He comes up to Luke. AJ tells Luke 
why he is there.
