Chapter 18

Robin woke up after spending her first night at the mansion. She took a shower 
and got dressed. She looked for the family. She finally found them in the 
kitchen. She noticed everyone standing around in confusion. She came up to 
Emily. 

Robin: What’s going on? 

Emily: The staff went on strike and nobody knows how to make breakfast. 

Robin: Nobody here can make breakfast? 

Emily: Cook makes it for us. And we are all scared to come here. 

Robin: I will make us something. 

Edward: You are a guest here. We will figure out how to do it. 

Emily: But we will starve by then Grandfather. 

Alan: We will not starve. 

Robin: Alan how important is a good meal to my health? 

Alan: It is very important. 

Robin: In that case I must protect my own health. I will make my own breakfast. 
And Since I am making it for myself I will make it for everyone. 

Emily: I have to get to school. So I have no time to wait. 

Robin: Does anyone else have any objections to me making breakfast. 

Nobody else objects. Robin heads over and makes everyone breakfast. Everyone 
enjoys their breakfast. 

Edward: That was wonderful Robin. 

Robin: Thanks. Now who is going to clean up and wash the dishes? 

AJ: I will do it Robin. Since you made breakfast I should clean up. 

Everyone else leaves to do there various things. AJ picks up the dishes. He 
starts washing them. He notices Robin smiling at him. AJ asks why is she 
smiling.
