Chapter 23 Robin and AJ arrived at Duke's old club for the meeting with the dock workers union. Robin asked the union people to listen to AJ. AJ then has them listen to a tape of Jason. The union people listen to the tape. President: We are on strike because Morgan doesn't want you to have your son? AJ: Yes. I will not meet that demand. President: I agree. But there are issues that have to be dealt with. AJ: I am aware of that. I am willing to grantee all your worker's a job. And I am willing to give you the raises you want. President: Will your Grandfather and Ned Ashton agree with this. AJ: I think that they will. But you have to return to work right away. Robin: It will make the union look good. You protected your people. President: I need to talk to my people. Would you leave us alone? Robin: Of course. Robin and AJ get up and leave. The union people talk for an hour. They ask Robin and AJ to come back in. President: We have voted to end the strike. Our people are going back to work now. AJ: Thank you. President: It is nice doing business with you Mr. Quartermaine. The union people leave. After they leave AJ gives Robin a big hug. AJ: You did it Robin. I owe you so much. Robin smiles Robin: You did it AJ. All I did is help. AJ: I couldn't have done it without you. We make a good team. Lets head back to the mansion. Robin : All right. Robin and AJ head back to the mansion.
