Chapter 21

After Lucky gave Jason Stone's ring Jason left. Sonny was worried about how 
Jason was handling it. So he decides to follow Jason. Sonny follows Jason to the 
bridge. Sonny watches Jason at the edge of the bridge. Sonny comes up to Jason. 

Sonny: What’s going on Jason? 

Jason: I am here to carry out Robin's final wish. I know that she wanted me to 
give Stone back his ring. So I came here to give it back to him. 

Sonny looks at Jason. 

Sonny: Your planning to throw the ring off the bridge? 

Jason: Of course. That is what Robin wants me to do. 

Sonny: No. Robin did not give you Stone's ring for that reason. She gave you the 
ring because she wants you to wear it. She wants you to keep it and remember 
her. 

Jason: I don't need the ring to remember her. I remember everything about her. I 
don't need a ring for that. 

Sonny: The ring is a reminder of love. Stone gave her that ring as a symbol of 
his love for her. And now that she is dead she wants you to have it. If you 
throw it off the bridge then you will be hurting her. It will remind you of her 
love for you. Remember when she was dying her only thoughts were of giving you 
this ring. Don’t make it meaningless. 

Jason: All right. 

Jason looks at the ring. He places it on his finger. 

Sonny: Are you coming? 

Jason: I would like to be alone Sonny. 

Sonny: All right. 

Sonny then leaves. Jason looks out at the water. 

Jason: Hello Robin. I am sorry I couldn't be here when you needed me. I promised 
Sonny that I would protect you and I failed. I will always live with this 
failure. But I want you to know that I will always love you Robin. 

Jason then leaves. Meanwhile, V and Garcia are reviewing a list of possible 
suspects in Liz's rape case. They were hoping to find a link to Robin's murder. 
Kevin is with them. He has agreed to help them in the case. They wait for Mac to 
join them. After a few minutes Mac comes in and joins them. The meeting begins.
