Chapter 24 V and Garcia arrived back at the station. They had Miller with them. He was brought in as a suspect in Liz's rape and Robin's murder. They went into a room where Mac and Taggert were waiting for them to arrive. Mac looked at Miller with hate in his eyes. He wanted to kill the man who could have killed Robin. Miller is put into a seat. V comes up to Mac. Mac: What did you find? V reads her notes. V: We found a lot of evidence. Including photos of several women including Liz Webber. But we found no gun or any evidence linking him to Robin’s murder. Mac: Mr. Miller, Have you been read your rights? Miller: Yes. Now what have I been charged with? V: You are charged with Rape in the first degree and a suspect in the murder of Robin Scorpio. Miller: I didn't rape anyone and I did not kill Robin. Mac: You and Robin did have a fight at her graduation party? Miller: That was three years ago. You think that I would get revenge three years later. Mac: You also did rape several girls including Elizabeth Webber. Maybe Robin was going to be your next target but when you saw her face your anti HIV feelings came back and decided to kill her. Miller: I did not kill Robin or rape anyone. You have no evidence. So either show me your evidence or release me. Mac: Your right. You’re free to go. Taggert looks at Mac. Taggert: You really think that it is a good idea to let him go? Mac: We can't hold him. Taggert: But if we let him go then Jason Morgan will kill him. Miller looks at Taggert. Miller: Kill me? Why would he want to kill me? Taggert: You did kill his girlfriend. In his line of work he has to get revenge. And he loved her. So your life is worthless. Miller: Then protect me. Mac: Sorry. I don't have enough men. Miller: But he will kill me. You have to help me? Mac: The only way I can help you is for you to tell the truth. We know what you did. If your here then I can protect you. But If I let you go then you will have no protection. Mac opens the door. V: You’re free to go sir. Miller: All Right. I will tell you the truth. Mac: Tell me what do you know? Miller tells the truth about what he knows.
