Chapter 39

Nikolas and Jason were with Ramsey. He was dragged in by Renaldo and Benny. They 
questioned him about Robin. He denied any part in what happened. After several 
minutes of questioning Ramsey is offered a final chance to answer Jason’s 
questions. 

Ramsey: All right. It is true. She is alive. 

Jason: I knew it. Where is she? 

Ramsey: I don't know. 

Nikolas: Your lying. Tell us where she is. 

Jason: He is not lying Nikolas. What happened to her? 

Ramsey: I was told that she would be shot and that she would be brought to GH. I 
was to be in the ER. 

Jason: Why? 

Ramsey: I was to be on Robin's case. The idea was that she would be barely 
alive. I was to inject her with a drug. 

Nikolas: What kind of drug? 

Ramsey: It was to simulate death. It would have taken effect 12 hours after it 
is injected. Her wound was bad enough that it would have been believed. 

Nikolas: Why were you in the morgue? 

Ramsey: I had to inject a second drug. It has to be injected within 2 hours of 
“Death”. If it isn’t she would be dead for real. I injected her just in time. 
She was then removed and I arranged for another body to replace her. 

Jason: Why did you do it? 

Ramsey: I need the money. And If I didn't do it my family would be killed. 

Jason: Who hired you? 

Just as Ramsey is about to answer the door opens. It is Carly who is with 
Michael. Ramsey looked at her. 

Ramsey: He isn’t as dumb as you think. He knows what you did Carly. 

Carly looks at him. She tries to leave. 

Jason: GET HER. 

The guards prevent Carly from leaving.
