Katherine: What's up with you, Stefan? I tell you that I am pregnant with your 
child, and ever since I told you, you have been ignoring me completely!

Stefan: Katherine, I'm sorry. I know I should be paying more attention to our 
child.

Katherine: Well, I want this baby to grow up in a peaceful community. So, don't 
you think it should have parents?

Stefan: Well, yes. But we are the parents. 

Katherine: But, the parents should be married.

**IN BRENDA'S ROOM**

Brenda: Where's Miguel?

Sonny: Oh. HIM. I don't know and I don't really care.

Brenda smiles at him.

Sonny: You seem different, usually you would defend Miguel.

Brenda: There's no use doing that. You wouldn't listen anyway.

She smiles once again, as if there was an evil plan on her mind. Just then

Bobbie walks in.

Bobbie: You are one lucky girl Brenda, it is VERY weird that you are all of a 
sudden better so I am going to let you go.

Brenda: Great! I'm leaving now, Jax, go back to the penthouse and get it ready 
for me.

Jax smiles and then leaves.

Brenda: It's amazing, he does ANYTHING for me. Can you get me my clothes, 
Bobbie?

Bobbie: Sure.

Bobbie leaves to get Brenda's clothes, leaving Sonny and Brenda alone.

Sonny: You know, Brenda. I would do anything for you.

Brenda smiles at him.

Brenda: I know.

Seconds later Bobbie comes back with her clothes. Then she leaves, curious to 
see what Stefan and Katherine are talking about. Brenda unfolds her clothes and 
makes a disgusted look at them.

Brenda: Eww, I just realized I have such bad taste. This shirt is too long.

Sonny: I'll wait outside for you.

Sonny walks outside and sees Bobbie, he taps her on the shoulder, she turns 
around, startled.

Sonny: Bobbie, there is something very different about Brenda.

Bobbie: It could be a reaction to what happened to her. Between the rape and now 
this, she could be a completely changed woman. Why have you noticed anything?

Sonny: Yeah, a huge change.

Bobbie: Give her some time, she should be back to normal.

Sonny walks away and back into Brenda's room. She smiles when she sees him.

Sonny: You ready?

Brenda: Oh yeah. Thanks a lot for this, Sonny.

She gives him a kiss on the cheek but then moves her face and they kiss 
passionately on the lips, Sonny holds her face in his hands as Brenda holds his 
body close to hers. He pulls away.

Sonny: Brenda, I came to take you home.

Brenda: You know that we both want this. Don't we?

She kisses him again.

Sonny: I'm taking you home.

Sonny grabs Brenda's hand and guides her out of the hospital.

Brenda: Geez Sonny! I don't need to go home just YET.

Sonny: Oh yeah you do, Brenda.

Brenda laughs. Sonny turns back and looks at her.

Brenda: Lighten up, Sonny.

Sonny: Look Brenda, you're engaged, ok?

Brenda: Hmm… Sonny, we were once too, you know.

Sonny: I know, and I am sorry for that Brenda.

Brenda: I know, I know. MIGUEL!

Sonny turns around and sees Miguel.

Sonny: Oh great, Miguel, just what I need.

Miguel: Brenda, how are you?

Brenda smiles and hugs Miguel. Sonny looks at Miguel angrily.

Brenda: I am fine, thank you for asking. So umm… Sonny, say something.

Sonny: Ok, goodbye, Miguel, Brenda.

Sonny turns to walk away.

Brenda: Hey! I thought you were taking me home, Sonny.

Sonny: I'm sure Miguel can do that.

Stefan: Katherine, are you suggesting marriage?

Katherine smiles.

Katherine: Well, yes. You know it's your baby inside my body, Stefan, we made it 
together.

Stefan: I know Katherine. but marriage is going WAY too far.

Bobbie steps out from behind a corner.

Bobbie: You little… man stealer! And you, I knew you would take her side in 
everything! I can't stand this!

Bobbie storms off.

Stefan: Barbara! Wait!

Stefan runs off.

Brenda: But… Sonny, what about… well, you know…

Sonny: What, Brenda? There is nothing going on here!

Brenda: Are you sure about that?

Sonny: Don't tempt me, Brenda.

Brenda: I tempt you?

Sonny: Oh yeah.

Brenda giggles, Miguel looks at Sonny.

Miguel: What kind of game are you playing Sonny?

Sonny: No game, Miguel. It's all Brenda's.

Miguel: I better leave.

Miguel walks off.

Brenda: Aww, I have no ride home now.

Sonny: Brenda, nobody can say no to you.

Brenda smiles.

Brenda: I know!

Sonny: I swear Brenda, you are different somehow.

Brenda: Maybe I am different for the best, for you anyway.

Sonny: Oh, you mean your kiss?

Brenda: MY kiss? You kissed me back, I felt it, Sonny.

Sonny: So maybe I did, but you… you…

Brenda smiles and laughs a little.

Brenda: You are speechless. I need an answer to this one question… do you want 
me?
