Chapter 20

Liz: "Oh my god…" She slapped Lucky's face slightly but there was no response. 
Nothing.

Liz: "Lucky… wake up…" Liz ran her hand over his face again and took him in. He 
was sweaty and warm. Blood was trickling out of his nose and his eyes were shut. 
He looked like hell. 

Liz: "I knew you shouldn't have left." She jumped up and called 911.

Luke: "But I thought…"

Stefan: "Wrong. Nikolas is my son, yes. Mother already knows. What she wants now 
is Lucky. We can't let that happen."

Luke: "No, we can't. But why do you care what happens to my son?" 

Stefan looked down at the floor.

Stefan: "Because…"

Nikolas stopped running when he reached the Spencer's house. It was dark and it 
looked like no one was home. He knocked on the door and Laura answered it. There 
were tears in her eyes but her mouth busted out into a huge smile.

Laura: "Nikolas! I'm so…"

Nikolas: "Why did you lie to me again?"
