Mr. Chapel: OK, what do we know about our hero Mr. Chapel? NOTHING. Seriously. There are a few little things, but not enough IMHO. We don't even know his first name, or if his last name is really even 'Chapel'. He drops hints here and there, and he is obviously an angst filled man. He has never come out and told us anything about himself. Popular thought is that he was married, and possibly had children, but they died. How, when, and why, we don't know. We don't even know if they died, or if they just left.
Now, Mr. Chapel helps those who have be screwed by the system, and the only thing he asks for a favor. To quote: Mrs. Stensma: "So you help me now, and what?" Mr. Chapel: "Then one day your phone's gonna ring and it might be me. And I'll ask you to help me get somebody else." (Eden)
KC Griffin:
We know that KC works in the DA's office, but was recently demoted, she says for the best. She teamed up with Mr. Chapel in the first episode after he helps her out. She has become his sidekick, but lets him do all of the dirty work.
