BEN'S HOUSE: Meg, afraid that Sara was never coming home, broke down. Ben urged her not to give up hope that Sara was still alive. Meg became concerned that Sara died thinking that she was second best in the eyes of Hank and Joan.

THE ISLAND: Sara regained consciousness first. When she found Casey, she feared that he was dead, but he woke up. He assured her that others had to survive the wreck. Soon after, they discovered a radio in a deserted shack. Casey radioed the coast guard and informed them that he and Sara are alive. He explained they were probably on one of the Channel Islands, but the radio shorted out. Casey assured Sara that the Coast Guard would find them. After Casey left to find food, Sara decided that she wanted to go home -- just not too soon.

SOUTH BAY GENERAL: AJ overheard Annie making flight arrangements. Annie claimed that she was seeing if she could fly Trey to another city for the procedure that he needs.

Leo informed Cole that they were brothers, and they agreed that they needed to find out why AJ wanted to keep them from meeting. They confronted AJ about this. AJ asked Cole why he cared so much about why he didn't tell him about Leo, since he didn't care whether AJ lived or died before.

Gregory tried to guess the nature of Cole and Francesca's relationship. She told him that if he wants to know about her relationship with Cole, he should ask Caitlin.

Caitlin confessed to Olivia the full circumstances surrounding her miscarriage. She told Olivia that she loves Trey and Cole, and that Cole loves Trey more than life itself. Annie overheard Olivia promise Caitlin that Trey will get the blood he needs. Olivia decided to let Caitlin keep Trey. At Annie's suggestion, Olivia impersonated Caitlin to give the blood to save Trey.

Annie told Caitlin that Trey's biological mother was donating the blood. Gregory walked in just as Annie said that they needed to hide Caitlin away somewhere so that no one will know that she didn't give the blood. Meanwhile, Cole asked the nurse where Caitlin was, and, thinking that she was Caitlin, the nurse directed him to Olivia..

CEDAR OAKS: Tim asked Dana why she panicked when he mentioned drowning. Dana confessed she thought she might have almost drowned in the past. When Tim was about to leave to stay with Joan at South Bay General, she asked him to help her escape so that she can support Meg in her hour of need, just like Meg supported her.

BEN'S HOUSE: Ben got a phone call about Casey's message to the Coast Guard. He told Meg that Casey and Sara were alive, but that they weren't able to tell the Coast Guard where they were. Meg was relieved that she'd be able to make up with Sara. Later, Dana rang the doorbell, and Ben went to answer it....
